Shipping Policy

Made-to-order production
Planet Memphis apparel is made especially for each customer after an order is placed. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before an order ships. Production times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, product shortages, or unusually busy periods.

Delivery estimates
Shipping time begins after production is complete. Standard delivery within the United States generally takes an additional 3–6 business days. A typical U.S. order therefore arrives approximately 5–11 business days after it is placed. International delivery times vary by destination and will be estimated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Shipping rates
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Rates depend on the destination, products, and selected service.

Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping-confirmation email will be sent after the order leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin showing carrier activity.

Multiple shipments
Products may be made at different fulfillment facilities. An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, and each package may have its own tracking information.

Address changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Email info@mplusrtnllc.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We can only change an address before fulfillment or shipment prevents the change. If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, an additional shipping charge may apply before it is sent again.

Delays and carrier issues
Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a package has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, contact us so we can investigate.

Lost or damaged packages
Report a package that appears lost within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Report shipping damage within 30 days of delivery and include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

International orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may extend the delivery time.
