Returns and Refunds

Planet Memphis products are made to order. Please review the product description and size guide before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@mplusrtnllc.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not mail an item back before receiving instructions from us.

Once we have the required information, we will review the claim and let you know whether it is approved. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, as appropriate. You will not be charged return shipping for an approved quality or fulfillment error. In some cases, a physical return will not be required.

Lost packages
If a package has not arrived, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier and fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.

Change-of-mind returns and size exchanges
Because each product is made specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size selection, or a change of color or style. This does not limit your rights for products that are damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

How to request help
Email info@mplusrtnllc.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and, once all requested information is received, provide a decision within 5 business days.

Refund timing
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Cancellations and address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or correct a shipping address. We can only cancel or change an order before fulfillment begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
